emperor 4x12/1x18 stack.

My old setup, for years was 2 1974 SVT's, one with an 810, and one with the venerable V4B cabinet (2-15's,folded horn enclosure).
I used to pack it in a 77 Buick LeSabre.
The V4B in the trunk...bungee the trunk lid...
The 810 in the back seat, bass behind the seat on the floor.
The front seat had BOTH SVT's stacked in the passenger seat.
My fat arse in the drivers seat, with a huge grin.

At one point recently I had a ROAD Electronics 2-18! cabinet...heavy as hell, disappointing sound.

Out of all the heavy hitters, nothing sounded as good as the two SVT's and a Boss chorus pedal...direct to the 2-15 folded horn, and the effects to the 8-10. I played that setup at the Washington Monument, 4th of July...540,000 people...it worked.

whimpy cabs on left, big boys on right: NV215 w/ a 2460D on top powered by 2 GB Shuttle 6.0s via a Radial A/B/Y. But, w/ several of my pedals having 2 outputs, I COULD run all 3 rigs at once, haha.

Oh... my old Carvin 18 won't fit in there... but it sounds great. I highly recommend them!

Nice cabs, gotta say, its funny to me that you have a pair of shuttles which are such small amps, racked in a big ole 6 space rack. Though it is an SKB (or Gator) so I am sure it adds little to the weight.

my cab has the aluminum strips up the sides, i guess i dont know that it was his signature cab...but i know he played one. at least for a while, mine is otherwise just like the one you see in the picture posted above. it has a built in crossover in the back for full range, hi and low. my cabinet needs new drivers, the scorpions are blown and the black widow suffered from the melted voice coil seal syndrome...that crap melts and falls down in the voice coil. you can scrape it out and make it go again, but they never seem to sound right after that. i bought the cabinet for 20 bucks, just thought maybe id dress it up someday...never did.

The NV425 arrived yesterday and sounds awesome!! I still have the Dr Bass 2460D. But, it will be paired w/ my Acme Low B2 for smaller venues. One of the Epifanis is gone and the other is pending.

I thought I was the only person in the world who had these. Like you I got them from a defunct theater. I also got the matching subs and horns and the ECS 600 x-over for the horns. The only specs I have are what is printed on the X-over: 350 watts program, 700 peak. The panel on the cabinet's input jack also says Model 215D BW Theatre(sic). I would love to get my hands on the original owner's manual / spec sheet so I could determine the frequency response and sensitivity, etc. Would you happen to have it? In case you're interested here is the link for the matching Sub Invalid Link Removed. The only difference is mine has no speaker grill cloth.
