Double Bass big wood pickup

has anyone heard of the bigwood pickup or anyone that has used one please tell me what they are like and if they are any good i have heard they are better than the underwood!

How about posting a link to the P/U site you are talking about? I'd do a search, but I'm afraid of what might happen if I typed "Big Wood" into a search engine like Google, especially here at work.

I'd be really reluctant to buy a pickup whose sole selling point seems to be ease of installation without a word on the sound.
