I've used the knockout which has a crazy low pass filter, the aphex with big bottom, the spark boost and the Grizzly are on my board now, the Grizzly could do this, both drives off or slight, volume 1 o'clock, both eq's slightly engaged as a cut at 4 o'clock. I've also used the VT bass pedal for this, lower the drive and highs (the clank), choose a low mid drive voice about 9 oclock, boost the bass, use the lowpass filter. Now, I'd say I get more Boom from the compressor's Attack Time setting than an eq., that and basses with a strong fundamental.
I have to jump in and second the Damnation mbd1.. it does exactly what you want. In fact, thats primarily what i use it for, as a clean (except in my case, clean-ish) boost. It adds tons of meat while keeping the original tone. You can completely dial out fuzz and crunch if so desired. It has a clean blend and the depth knob is a hpf. And if you should ever want or need od/distortion theres many variations.. its a great piece of gear.
I think I may have found it... and it was sitting right in front of me the whole time. I have a Hotone Xtomp pedal that I had put aside. Was scrolling through the models in the iPhone app and paused on the Alembic™F-2B model. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
Grabbed the Xtomp and transferred the model via bluetooth, put the pedal in place just before my Shift-Line MKIII tube preamp and bam, this might be it. Way more fat and boom than I could ever want. Need to try it live before I'm convinced, but maybe I've found my solution. What I've loaded to the Xtomp is essentially this: FETF2B

I wish thinking the same thing. A plugin of modelled pedals, would be very useful. Or an actual pedal library with every pedal ever made. Pay a bond and way you go.

Aural aphex Bass xciter.
Has a low end thickener coupled to a low pass filter and a sort of shimmery bright enhancer coupled to a high pass filter.
You can add girth, top end harmonicy sparkle, or both, and dial in how much and where yoU want it.

There is Pedal Genie but it is a little pricey and the bass selection maybe too limited for the TB crowd.

Certain envelope filters with the sensitivity at minimum so there's no sweep can bring the bigness, fatness and boom.
My lowly Behringer PB100 gets the job done quickly and easily. Big, warm bass that's not muddy. I don't gig, so durability is not an issue for me.

I had a PG membership for awhile and thought it was awesome to try out pedals I can't find in the local stores (stuff like Henretta and Idiotbox and such); just couldn't justify the membership price once my list got whittled way down though. You do get a discount if you buy a pedal you're renting though which is also kinda nice.
I am sorry if that came off as negative towards Pedal Genie, as that is not how I intended it. There are so many pedals choices that if would be hard for anyone to offer a full enough selection to satisfy the TB community.

No worries. It wasn't taken (too) negatively - We can't have everything. But I do hear "not enough bass pedals" enough that I ask when I can.
And yeah, trying to completely fulfill the wishes of any online community is a futile exercise, I know.
Alternative idea: There's a Lo-Contour knob on the BBE Sonic Stomp that can really fatten up a sound...
