Y'know, *I* know Sam's not kidding, and I know a lot of other cyclists who share the opinion that if you're not riding hard enough to make yourself puke, you're not riding hard enough...
but fwiw, I think there's something seriously wrong with that belief. If you're riding so hard that you puke that doesn't mean you had a good workout, it means you had a lousy breakfast.
I'm looking here and there to get an odler wired one, they run for about 200$ used, shuld be good enough for me. If nothign comes by by next spring i'll prolly just get a better comp with cadence and HRM and deal with that.
