I use a Fender Rumble 100 with a few effects on occasion (reverb, etc.).

What's everyone playing their Birdsong through?
I have a Mesa Subway D-800 and a Barefaced Super Compact (1x12).
Not using the SC too much out of respect to neighbors in my apartment building, but I run a drum machine pedal through the Mesa and throw some headphones on and man does that Birdsong sound good!
Also curious what Scott puts on as the stock rounds or flats.
TIA
Any of you using DR sunbeams or TI flats?

As someone said: stock rounds are Curt Mangan Fusion nickel rounds 45-105. I love them. I put on most of my other basses cause I love the feel and sound. And priceAny of you using DR sunbeams or TI flats?

I assume a streak of lighter wood.Is that a streak of lighter wood or just glue squeeze out that’s dried on the surface?
That's just glue squeeze-out that has been sanded back, no need to worry.New pic of my five string. Honestly I'm not crazy about the streak of lighter wood down the middle. Might just have to deal with it though, just will take some getting used to. We'll see how it looks with the finish added.
