Blew up my 2 Edens! New head ideas??

Personally, I think if you're after the eden sound, pretty much only am Eden will go there. I'll bet in those 800 gig's you never had a failure until now. For a lot of folks on Tb that's like 20 years... Personally i transitioned from a WT-800, which I loved to a Gk MB-Fusion, which I like very much. Not the ah, testicles of the Nav-WT 1k rig at 500 into 4 but it's a healthy 500. Has a certain juicy goodness that Eden users will dig...

PA investment and transportation precluded me from using rack rigs for bass at one point so I downsized and after being there i can't see going back. The exception is the mighty old 100 watt tube and 2 x15 setup I carry to blues and swamp rock gigs where I do not also do PA support. It's kinda my toy rig. Fun though and it really brings the 'tude at a certain volume level.

Another option.... try an Eden WTDI (same eq layout as the WT405) with a power amp of your choice. I am currently running a WTDI with a Crest prolite 2.0. Sounds great and the two together weigh about 15LBS.

Being a DI /preamp pedal it will be hard to "blow up" your amp. If you get a good trustworthy power amp, you are set. Not expensive either.

Not sure if your cab is wired series or parallel.

I would verify each speaker is good by unplugging it and making sure you have continuity across the terminals.
If it tests open, you've got a blown voice coil.
Also solder any clip on connectors at the speaker terminal or wire direct to the terminals
Also check the input & output jacks to make sure no wires are shorting out on the connector.
Also do the 9 volt battery test to make sure the speakers are moving forward together in phase.
