I've been getting the urge lately to begin my own blog. I have so much to say on any number of topics, most of which would get me instantly banned here on TB and other forums. So I keep my big mouth shut, but with a blog, I'm pretty much free to say what I want. Problem is, I don't know where to get started. Are there any TB bloggers who can point the way for me?

Assign each topic its own page and pursue them all on a work-in-progress basis? Analogy: riff-->composition-->arrangement.

Once you've invested a lot of time in your blog you may wish to preserve a copy of it to your PC's hard drive via a cross-platform utility similar to this one:

But I'm actually doing it for myself more than anything.

That's what I was saying. Anybody I've met who's said "I'm super interesting, funny, smart, etc." is typically the type who loves the sound of their own voice. A blog is perfect for these types.

And I did give you some advice, but you decided to ignore my post and instead toot your own horn... and then snap at a couple of posters in this thread.

Sincerely good luck with your blog, even if the writer's personality doesn't inspire me to want to read it.
