Boom Bass Cabinets

The BBC looks and feels solid. Very light and easy to move. It sounds like a small, sealed cab (not sure that it is). The F212 was more open with more highs and lows and seemed to have better dispersion. The F212 was louder all other things being equal. The BBC had a more narrow mid character.

Great. I'm torn between a BBC 1216 and Fearful F115. My needs are simple. I want a great sounding, full range, stand alone cab that's easy to transport and is rugged. The F115 I know what it is and it's great. The BBC 1215 is an unknown variable to me and it's $200.00 less expensive new.

I need a super cab for small bar gigs and rehearsals.
Just to highlight the options I would be looking at if I were you: the Gb F112 or Barefaced Two 10 or Bf SM or Audiokinesis TC115 or MAS-109 or Baer ML112 should cover what you're talking about here.

Yes, these are really great options. The Thunderchild is another one I'm strongly considering.

What i meant was a standard F212 is slightly cheaper

From the website an F215 is more expensive. Are you thinking of the Fearless Basics? The Basics are less expensive.

Base F212 price on Gigmaster Soundworks's web site is $1500. That gives you lots of options to customize before "extras". Looking at boom's site it looks like you would be in at a similar price for their 1215 with custom options.

FYI Our prices are on our website. The difference in price between the base F212 and a standard Tank 1215 which includes recessed wheels and a telescopic handle is more than $300. Your information is incorrect.
