.When I bought my first pair of Redwings, it was down to those and Royers. I had heard more about the Redwings, so those are what I got. Haven't looked back, but Royers are nice as well. Too many people wear cheap work boots and I don't understand it. I don't want sore feet at the end of a long day.

Timberlands... I've got a pair in the original wheat nubuck and a pair in black. Waterproof and very comfortable.
