Boots: What are you wearing?

Currently these are my two pairs of boots (and besides a beat old pair of leather Converse All-Stars, my only footwear):

Neither pair are insulated or waterproof really, but for everything but snow, they're fantastic. Plus, Frye is just great quality. And in case it does snow, I also have these:

I've owned a pair of these Rocky zip up paratrooper boots for over 10 years now. I've had them re-soled twice and they are still serviceable enough for wearing on duty (firefighter). They look great with a pair of camo shorts and a black wifebeater 
Most of my shoes are boots and I just bought a new pair of red wings yesterday. I personally don't believe in steel toes since they are heavy and your feet will get colder in winter.
I usually buy red wing 952s and 953s for work. Simple leather boots that are well made and comfy. However the sole is poorly suited for snow which is why I bought their 899 model. It'll be here in a few weeks.
I also own a pair of wesco engineer boots and a pair of Frye engineers. Wesco boots are leagues better than the fryes with their thick heavy leather, comfy insoles, and durable treads. Unlike the fryes they have a lug sole. I wear the fryes as dress casual boots or when I work the office at my job. I had a pair of black Frye engineers on during our recent noreaster and they we're awful. Wesco wins this contest hands down.
Lastly I have a pair of winter boots that I rarely wear. I forget the maker but they are weather proof and have steel toes. Combined with (and I wish I were exaggerating) 5000 grams of thinsulate protection made for a very heavy, if durable and toasty boot. My dad bought them for me when I was driving a car with no heat all winter. Funny story is that he borrowed them once to go hiking and gave himself a hernia.

C.C. Filson Highlanders for cold weather (insulated with old school wool) and Lucchese classic hand- made cowboy boots for the warmer months.
Timberland Pro steel toe, water proof black. Super comfortable (especially after going through a bunch of the #40 walmart special work boots that last all of 6 months). I'm due for another pair since these are pretty well worn. I typically only wear them at work (unless I'm wearing my rubber steel toes, since we deal with water and chemicals), but occasionally wear them home or out since they still look pretty good.
My first pair of these Bates Tactical boots have about 7 months of hard wear on them in a bottling plant and have held up very good to the coarse floor and cleaning chemicals, but are almost ready to put out to pasture.

The salesman told me this boot is popular with prison guards because it's comfortable and I have to agree, it's better than most I've had. I like the side zipper.

On the rare occassions I wear boots, they are a pair of elephant skin "roach killers". I'm not sure what brand they are, but I've had them since 1990, or so. They have been through several pairs of soles and heels, but they are still in great shape.
Without counting I've probably 10 or 12 pairs of western or "cowboy" boots. Lucchese, Dan Post, Tony Lama, etc...
Dan Post boots are the most comfortable thing I've ever had on my feet.

Might have to look into them. I currently have Ariats and Tony Llamas, which I have found to be very comfortable as well.
The company was started by a couple women who left Reebok, and wanted to make boots as comfortable as athletic shoes.
