Boss OC-3 help. Fried component

Hey guys,
I took apart my OC-3 Super Octave and forgot to put the plastic sheet back in when it was reassembled... :scowl: Anyway, I fried the component labled as "Q15." I think the Q indicates a transistor. I can't find a schematic online to get a part number to order a new one, so if you can help me find a schematic or look at one that isn't melted, I'd really appreciate it!

Are the markings on the transistor burned off?

Yes. It looks like part of it may have said "J 8."

I have done lots of research, but haven't had much luck. One guy had a DD6 with a simaler issue. He was able to read "JB 3M." Can somebody point me to a merchant who sells small surface mount trannys?
