Boss RV-5

The best reverb I've ever had is the Iron Ether Nimbus. Great reverb with a clean blend and high-pass filter that prevents your sound from getting muddy like some reverbs do. It can cover a lot of ground like all IE pedals.

I mainly use it use it with clean at max, reverb and high-pass set low, this way the higher I play on the neck, the more reverb I get. Awesome for playing quiet melodic passages during breakdowns and solos.

The spring reverb model in the RV-5 is excellent. I like it better than the stock room, hall, plate etc. found in most other reverb pedals. Then again, the RV-3 is lush with room reverb mixed with the delay. Stadium sound on a budget (for guitar).

I have an RV-3 and it's pretty cool. The only thing I don't like about it is that the delay seems to come after the reverb... Still a cool pedal tho
