Its a 12" but its only 19x16.5x16.5 and a combo.....Probably the smallest package of this quality out there.....My 8" Roland Cube 30 was the best 8" combo I have ever played but its for the bedroom only!!i thought those little marks were pretty cool, but $500 for an 8" cube is a little steep for what you get

. i want to see what's out there at every price point so that i can make the best decision for me... it's not what you thought. this thread is not a post the most technically expensive 8" combo you can find on google. do i really have to qualify every thing i even think by saying "for me", or "to me", or, "I, I, I,"? and to be honest, if you're interested in more about how i think, i woundnt even want that 8" mark just because it has yellow on it

haha. funny post. it's NOT just visual. haha. im looking to record the speaker character from an 8" in a combo, with as few knobs as possible (prefer 1). i really just wanted a round-up of all the (yes, cute) little 8"ers out there that are more advanced than a beginner amps. heck, an authentic champion 600, does just about fit my bill, except, i continue to wonder if there is something bass specific that i don't know about because i've never heard of one... if any of that makes sense.Ah, so it's a retro visual thing, O.K.
And here I was thinking' it was about top-notch tone/volume in a very small package. I'm so silly sometimes
yep, this notion of the right amp here, is from what if seen over the years, probably going to be, for what im looking for, a lot of options in the guitar side of the planet. just wondering if there is anything low powered 8" combo (i hope for tubes even). VHT has some pretty cool little new ones out, but again, on the guitar side - not that there's anything wrong with that

Do you mean you want to record the character of the 8" speaker that just so happens to be in the combo that you like the looks of best? I think this is likely your meaning. Because it seems the main (if not only) other option is that you're looking for that "classic 8" tone" in a cabinet that's also visually appealing.

Covered it? Covered what? That's my question. I just don't know. I asked what your meaning of "1x8 combos that are good for you know what" was/is, but there was no clarification from you. Not that I saw anyway. Did you reply & I missed it? Because it seems to me that I wasn't the only one unclear. Based on everyone else's responses/suggestions, I don't think they understood, either. Anyone else who responded, did you know what the OP was getting at?wow, it seems to me like this thread got bumped out of it's orbit a little.
