Four years have passed. Things have indeed changed. Time for an update...
The new Brian Moore company is now set up in La Grange, NY - a small village on the Hudson, just about an hour's drive north of New York City. And guess what? They do indeed have a full range of bass guitars. Check 'em out:

FYI, about 12 years ago I played a Brian Moore five-string bass guitar at Manny's Music in New York (now Sam Ash) - and I was impressed. A very comfortable, compact form factor for a five-string bass - with a relatively tight and musical "B" string, and some rather sophisticated electronics. Nice tone, great feel. Win, win, win. This was the first five-string I ever played that didn't feel overly bulky, and didn't have a sloppy "B" string; the first five-string that convinced me that a five-string could actually be in my future.
While I haven't (yet) invested in a Brian Moore bass guitar, last year I did purchase a previously-owned 2003 Brian Moore i1P:13 (Korean-made) guitar in like-new condition. This is BM's top-o-the-line guitar, with RMC piezo output and 13-pin MIDI output, in addition to the standard quarter-inch TRS phone jack output. After I received it from my eBay seller, I sent it straight up to La Grange (uh haw haw haw haw

) for the USB upgrade for an extra $200. So now I've got like, the ultimate studio guitar. She's truly a keeper.
FYI, now that Brian Moore has relocated production from South Korea back to the US, it looks like prices are going to be more commensurate with the quality of these fine instruments from now on - no more incredible discounts due to foreign manufacture. As far as I know, Brian Moore has no dealer network - at least not yet. If you want an instrument, you have to purchase direct from the factory - where they quote full MSRP. Don't know the extent to which they'll negotiate on price - I haven't tried...
