If you haven’t already, check your Spam folder for notifications.I'm still pretty new to Broughton so I'm still trying to figure out how the drops work. Like I signed up for the "Notify when available" on the site, but had no idea the last Studio One drop even happened until a few weeks later.
That being said, if anyone is looking to sell a Studio One...
Yeah that's what I figured. I was able to land an FMeron in the last presale, I might dangle that if it's not something I gel with.If you haven’t already, check your Spam folder for notifications.
And good luck getting a Studio One for cash, although there are more out in the wild now. You may have better luck scoring another rare pedal and using it as trade bait.
This pic is giving me anxiety. Or maybe it's the two giant cups of coffee I had. Or the fact that I got a new job offer and I'm planning on putting in my notice at my current job today.

On that note, My cup is empty. I should probably go make more coffee.
And if you go to the can, take your phone with you. Not that that’s how I scored my Studio One last year…![]()
Where TH is Uncle Rick? The ole Uncle Rick method.

The Bistro doesn’t mess around! Two days from Masshole-a-chusetts to California. Thanks again, @saltydude !

Now you're cook'n - slap some good insurance on thereSo, unsurprisingly I've had the same luck as @TOGNA trying to get anyone to sell or trade me a Quicksilver at any price or for even the rarest gear. I only need it for a week or so because I'd just profile and flip it anyway.
Anybody want to Rent me a QS?
I would paypal you it's full value (you name it) and when I return it, you refund me less $100-200 for your trouble.
I'm also still down for temp trades if anyone wants to try out a Verrellen Meatsmoke, Kern IP-777, Tonecraft 363, SuperStack DI, Ampeg SVTDI, Helion or a Suncoast B1p

I can totally send you the files, you just have to buy a Kemper.Dude...
I've seen some of the things you've gotten, profiled, and sent on their way...
I WANT that Profiler... or the profiles it houses...Digital Dibs?
Good point I'll also cover insured shipping both ways. Now you're cook'n - slap some good insurance on there
I like the Apex over the mk2 Empress, reminds me more of the original Empress honestly, very clean and easy to dial in.This Omni....
This Apex.....
What can I do?
What can I dooo..!?!
I didn't think this would be so difficult, just like I didn't think the Apex over the Empress would be so easy....

Lemme take that Monocle off your hands…I like the Apex over the mk2 Empress, reminds me more of the original Empress honestly, very clean and easy to dial in.
So far the Monocomp has been beat out by the Omnicomp, but like you I don't want to ditch the Apex, may use both? there's also a monocle in there as well I don't really know what to do with. I have this cool idea of having several setups with different preamps, but I'm not kidding myself, I don't run a studio or anything close... Choices must be made.
I always speak on my hatred for compressors and here I go ending up with more of them than anything else...

Yes, I started with an MXR Bass Comp. which I thought was actually a really great compressor, but then I was switching to all top jacks for pedalboard cleanliness so I got the Empress Mk2 which was also very good. Then I got the Apex saying, we'll see but I can't imagine it will kick the Empress off, and after about an hour/hour and a half of different riffs through the ditto, the Apex won easily and I knew after about 15 minutes it was going to win I just kept comparing to make sure, maybe it was disbelief. But this shoot out went for an hour and a half and I'm having a very difficult time, I guess I'll have to compare how it does live next to really know. Once I build my bigger board I will probably use them both but with my current board it seems a bit over kill.I like the Apex over the mk2 Empress, reminds me more of the original Empress honestly, very clean and easy to dial in.
