GRRRRRRR..... I hate it when sellers remove the price after the sale.
It should be left for future reference.

SWEET! Are those after-market fret markers? Like the block vinyl stickers that people use? I was thinking about throwing the black block decals on mine.
I finally put my 3 band Glockenklang in my single cut last night, and it is pretty screamin'. I thought I might want to change the pups once I got it in... I don't think I need to.
Very nice! I had a Glock in my Brute until I upgraded to the full Delano system. They are about as transparent a preamp as you can find. You truly get to hear the uncolored sound of the pups and wood. Also, I can't remember, do you have the MM pup coil tapping switch on yours?
Brute owners: Maybe some sound clips for us if you can??? . . . if not, please give your best detailed description of what your Brute sounds and feels like . . . similar to??? . . . unique in what way from what you're familiar with??? . . . etc . . . More and more people are stopping by the club page to find out what these Brutes are all about. Just trying to keep the curious informed.
Have any thread members here used D'addario Pro steels?
Just picked up a Brute JJX5 today serial number is handwritten B006. I don't know how that fits in the scheme of things but I do know that I picked this bass up and didn't put it down until I got it home. So I had a rehearsal tonight and bought it a long with my lakland.
I was able to get a nice sound with it stock and the neck made my playing almost effortless. I really like this bass and may do a different pre later on. I will post pics very soon my camera is at the job right now...Man what a nice addition for me..
