A little softer maybe but I still consider this in the ballpark of Glam Core as well.
Brutal is a microgenre descriptor of the subgenre Death Metal, and doesn't really fit in the subgenre of Glam Metal as is. So to attempt it would give entirely different descriptive meaning to whatever it was applied to in Glam, compared to Death, and the two types of Brutal would have nothing to do with each other. But for the sake of clarity, I'd advise not using two distinct meanings for a single descriptor. Especially in Metal, where there's already plenty of microgenre descriptors to the point of it becoming a joke. As seen in this thread.

I firmly believe this guy did not get attention as a child.
Ok...lets break this down. I have to agree with some people at the beginning of this post...seems kinda contradictory, and most sub-genres are made up and happen to catch on. So my question for everyone is what would make up brutal glam metal?
Glam metal - Glam metal (also known as hair metal and often used synonymously with pop metal) is a subgenre of heavy metal which features pop-influenced hooks and guitar riffs, and borrows from the fashion of 1970s glam rock.
Brutal Metal - All death metal is brutal by definition, but when someone mentions the subgenre brutal death metal, they're referring to the Suffocation-style bands.
So what aspects of both genres do you take and is there a band out there already doing it. if there is the sub-genre technically exists, even if it doesn't it could have at some point on rock/metal history.

Ghost is pretty much as close as you're going to get but the two designations really just aren't reconcilable in a meaningful way. There have also been tons of 'screamo' bands who portray a glam image but flirt with death metal influences.
So where would I go to buy some metal duds? Would it have an aisle for each sub-genre or do you have to rummage around? Sign a waiver before trying anything on?

I think a lot of Death Core bands came close to this, but they had an entirely different aesthetic going on.
And then, there's always Attack Attack. Weird genre combinations are not that uncommon, recently I've heard a band, I forget their name, mix Melodic Metal and EDM, it was cheesy as heck. Complete with three different singers and an 80s inspired pentatonic guitar solo.
It's not a genre until the word "core" is added.
Honestly, I don't see any point in going beyond the word "metal". It's like those made up colors my wife's nail polish are, like taupe and fuschia. Just say brown or red for crissake.

I want to play in a Hindu br00tal deathcore metal punk emo screamo band. Also want some depressive suicidal black metal influences as well.
Think of it as a mix between Van Halen and Journey with a small dose of Metallica.
