Not at first, from what I've been looking at the helmet will be $200. Gloves, and jacket will be much more.

Someone else mentioned a Harley sportster would be the best buy. I could learn/mod/resell the best for it. The only problem is I'd have to find one pretty beat up, IE: missing front end, for my price range. I think that's the bike I'm going to get. Now it's a waiting period.

I have a few friends that make parts for their choppers here in my shop. Several have been built from or I should say........started out as kits. NO ONE has finished one for under 15-20K. They keep adding, upgrading and spending. After riding them myself, I just don't see where all the effort and $$$ is worth it. I'll stick with my 11K crotch rocket
