Cabinet Stand

I made a stand that's basically the same as what you've pictured. It's great. I use it almost all the time, especially when there's no PA support, with a 1×12 and sometimes with my 3x10.

It directs the sound more towards my ears instead of my ankles
 
I got a cheap end table from Wally World to hold my 52lbs Ashdown Five 15. It's not durable enough for gigging, but is fine for holding the amp at a reasonable height, in the corner of the room.

Here's a stand I made that works with this (and a larger cab I have) at either 35 or 55 degrees of tilt - knowing where the center of gravity is on your gear is key in designing something like this. I used to play a gig where I had this thing in front of me, facing up - I could hear myself really well, and I had a DI from my amp into the PA so FOH could put as much or as little of me into that mix as they needed.
