I think use of this word in this sentence is questionable. Hot water that has been poured over the ashes of what was once coffee, perhaps. Nothing like a steaming hot cup of Charbuck's.coffee

Any "Business-Speak" that pours out the mouths of MBA-grads to sound like the smartest people in the room…doubly-so when they actually believe it to be a proper substitute for English.
The any-noun-can-be-verbed phenomena grew directly out of this. When "impact" became a verb it was the death-knell for concise language skills in corporate communication.
As someone mentioned "near mint" earlier... Currently described as "Epiphone by Gibson EB-O Bass Guitar. Mudbucker coil tapped Humbucker. Nr Mint" on eBay
Epiphone EB-O short scale 30" bass.Errr, that's not awfully near in my book.
Thoughtfully modified with a coil tap on the humbucker pickup.
This means you can either get the full fat Jack Bruce tone with both coils - or you can go to one coil by the push / pull tone pot and get a less boomy tone more like a P bass.
As well as the pull / push pot, marker rings have been added to the volume and tone pots as well as new vintage style vol / tone knobs.
It's finished off with a finger rest on the Pickguard, nice vintage looking touch.
The finish on the bass is near mint cherry red on the real hog body and neck.
Great neck, no wear to frets.
One of the tuning pegs has been replaced, it looks virtually the same as the rest. There are some marks on the Pickguard but that's from the protective film which has only just been removed!
A very usable short scale bass. Great range of tones, easy to play and in stunning condition.
Thanks for looking.
Ok since this thread isnt just bass related ill share one. "Sh*** and giggles". Like what the hell does that mean. I definitely dont giggle hysterically when im taking a sh**. And a coworker of mine says it almost everyday. Like hey can you try this issue out for me "just for sh*** and giggles". Everytime i reply NOPE i dont know what that means lol
Brave, brave Sir Robin!"Runaway!"
Use of the word "product" in place of "service." Banks and insurance companies do not sell products. They sell services. At some point in the last few years, those industries have made an intentional attempt to redefine those words.
Yeah, what exactly is "american processed cheese food product"?Use of the word "product" in place of real cheese.
