I've been interested in the LittLe Mark for awhile now. I don't live very close to a Guitar Center, so could you kind folks fill me in on the gory details of this amp please. Right now I'm using a Kustom Groove 1200 head into a DRBASS BL212 cab, 600 watts @ 4 ohms. What kind of range does the Little Mark have ohm wise. The Kustom is really good, but weighs to much after racking it with a tuner and power conditioner. It's heavier than my cab. What kind of sounds and EQing can one get from it, can it be racked? And last, how much do they cost. Thanks for any help. :help:

I went to the GC in Glen Burnie, Md and they are not authorized but called the Towson store and had one dropped off for me to pick up the next day.

I'll try to help.
500 watts 4 ohms won't do 2 ohms.
IMO this is a warm sounding SS amp but can go from Hi-Fi sparkly, to old school thump, to mid scooped slap. Very versatile.
When I heard Vic's LMII through his Hartke 212 using my Jazz V deluxe. I knew that it was capable of sounding great through any speaker cab. Like I said, very versatile.

Nope, actually it was Clarus (original)-->6 years-->Clarus SL-->one year-->Focus II-->one year hence. There was actually a Focus I in there that I sold.

I bought a T-Funk and returned it after an a/b, same with the LMII. Neither of them lasted more than a day with me.

What cb said. The manual is on the website too.

Versatile EQ, powerful, VLE and VPF give some good quick options. Warm, yet quick and articulate.

Just got my mark II and ran it thruogh it's paces with urb and fender jazz. Extremely versatile. To my ears it seems to get louder before it distorts than my 1001rbII. You can get some really nice tones out of it with very little tweaking. Right now I'm running it through an Ashdown 15 and a gk sbx410. I would like to know what light weight cabs other urb users have tried with success. I play rockabilly and roots rock w/o pa support most of the time. Thanks

If you're getting any distortion at any volume than it's your cabs. That amp won't distort.

As for cabs, try the Markbass cabs. The ported 410, or even the 610 may be right up your alley.

What about the 12" wizzys? I did try the markbass 210 back when I first got my gk and it was not a good pairing for urb. perhaps they would be better with the mark II? It also seems I no longer need a pre amp with the mkII. Thanks for all the suggestions, keep 'em coming.

Standard Wizzy is 4 ohms and the LMII won't do 2 ohms.

Also might want to look into the PS cabs. A PS410, 410/115, or 210/115 would be sick!!
