Sounds like me and the big doghouse are going back to GC for some cab tests! I would love to hear some epis or a pair of wizzies in person.

I certainly agree with that. LMII into the BMS is a classic rig, but the MB heads into any Berg cabs I've heard has sounded great
Duh! My bad...I forgot that the NV cabs were available again. You should definately check out the NV610 and the NV215 for the type of music you're doing. That would be outrageous.
Agreed. We did a "stupid loud" test today. Ran a GK Neo 412 with the LMII and then a smaller cab, a Nahas 212. In a large church with plenty of room to run away. They both got stupid loud. "I feel pressure on my eyeballs" loud. The MB still had room to go so I'd have to guess that at the point it would actually distort, the cab would've long since blowed up.
BTW the GK Neo 412 is LOUD.
The friend who owned the LMII had been thinking about letting it go. He's not anymore.

Although I did not gig this rig my LMII and NV215 really suprised me how great it sounded. Really good!
Has anybody noticed a slight bit of hiss on their LMII when the volume gets above 1/2? Seems to me like this is not the most silent piece of gear.
However, It also has a TON of guts. Even a single 112 seems like there is more wattage pushing. Can't wait to add another cab. Also, would it be wise to have another 112 or add a UL2-115 to it?

Sounds like... white noise, only frequency limited to above 4-5khz. The hiss goes down when using the VLE, but the VLF increases it.
Mine's got some hiss, tho not much. I actually meant to ask you about this... I really shoulda' had you pull yours in from your car to A/B. Works fine, inaudible at a gig, but at home you can hear it.

I used mine with a aguilar 412 cab at a show. I had my LMK II in my gig bag from the night before (smaller room, smaller rig), so I left my regular head in the case and used the LMK. It had plenty of power for the big cab and sounded great.
