The Vette is my to go bass (band practice & home study), while the Thumb gets the spotlight for recordings & live shows.
I will probably add more Wicks to my stable in the future - at first they felt pretty weird (I switched from Ibbys), but now I can't play on something else.

It's not my main bass but it's a great one to have around when I want something different.

I love the verstality and the response to the way I play it. It is a true monster.

Certainly - I bought it used and the previous owner installed Joe Barden pickups and an Audere 4-band preampto thicken up the sound and make the EQ a bit more usable. To my ear, the bass does sound thicker and grindier, which is really what I wanted. Plus, I think the Bardens look cool

Got the first Warwick (the Corvette bubinga 4) just after labor day of 2009, so a little over a year now.
3. What genre of music do you use your Warwick for?
Just about anything! I typically play rock/punk/hardcore but also throw in some funk, jazz, pop, or whatever else floats my boat that day. Warwicks may not be perfectly suited for all styles of music, but they can definitely come close enough for my liking.

I've been playing Warwicks for almost ten years.
I've used in a piano rock band, a jazz group, metal, heavy rock and plain old classic rock stuff. Always sounded great. That said, I almost always play Fenders currently.

I'd like to play it a lot more, but the truss rod is broken. I need to get it fixed, but I never have time. It just sits in the closet in it's case. It upsets me.
