It’s a difficult one to place.
Firstly, it’s definitely not a Noir, as that has a matte finish, Pau Ferro fretboard, headstock truss rod access and a standard bridge.
Since the bass in the picture has a high-mass bridge and neck-heel truss rod access, it looks like an American Standard with a different neck.
What kind of neck is also a bit of a poser - it’s not an Aerodyne Jazz neck, as it’s too wide at the nut, and the truss rod access is in the wrong place. It’s also obvious from the relative length of the words on the headstock that it doesn’t say «Jazz Bass», as well. Until something better comes along, my vote is for a headstock refin.
So i'm my best bet is to purchase an American standard and from there just modify it.
