I'm pretty sure it's 16.5mm spacingThat's a spectacular bass! I've owned one very much like that, but couldn't get with the tight string spacing. That one has standard 19mm string spacing, I believe. They play superbly and half list price is good assuming it's in good shape.
Normally Ibanez 5-strings have 16.5mm spacing, but this line had wider almost standard spacing.I'm pretty sure it's 16.5mm spacing

I'm also not bonding too well with the 4-stringer. I agree though, tone of the gods and a very stable ergonomic neck.
I'm having a better time with the 5-string version, better bonding. I think it might be due to me being more at home with 4-stringers, but the way this 5-stringer hangs (neck tending to point up) makes it easier for me to take more frequent looks at my left hand position.

Good to know man thank you …way to hit me with knowledge!Usually that's correct, but it's 18mm on the SR2405W, the ANB205 and the SRSC805 as well as the new SR1605DW ... the W is to specify the spacing is wider than standard soundgear 5 string basses.
