I sold my Opel GT earlier this year to a wealthy car collector. But damn, now I am thinking I should have asked for more money.

The thing that blows me away about this game, is that this one, of the 39 made, sold for $10 million less than one last year. This one above, had an accident at one time.

Not stop for a minute and look at the nonsense of this in terms of one had an accident, was repaired and certified by Ferrari as a Ferrari Classiche, yet, well, you knows had a few dings and well, its's worth $10 million less. What an eff'd up world we live in.

Well, when you are paying that much for a car, you demand a discount if the ash trays have bubble gum wrappers in them. And, the tires better not be scuffed. Heck, those two flaws are worth about $10K by themselves. And, that bit of grime of the left side exhaust header? Ohhh, you don't even want to know what kind of gold foil wiping rag it takes to clean that up, so knock of another few thousand.

It's an auction though. It depends who is interested and how much they have to spend.
