Most Stammies I've seen have a very different headstock shape. Like this:

I was going by the logo on the headstock, which resembles Stambaugh's, and the pup combo of this Stammy looks similar:

His name is Dirty D. He's in a band called the Dirty Wormz, a Rap/Rock band out of Austin TX...

I have no idea of who makes that bass, but it's definitely not the Slovakian/Finnish company Neuser (unless it's a very customized custom shop bass). Have a look at the two headstock shapes currently offered by Neuser, and compare with the bass above and you'll see that the shapes aren't very similar at all. To begin with, Neuser headstocks are highly sculpted, and 3D-y, unlike the one on the bass above. The body shapes differ quite a bit as well.
