I'll state at the front that this is not a plea for sympathy so if you're of that bent knock yourself out... you're wrong. Again.
Ahhh... You poor thing...

FYI & BTW & FWIW, etc....it is possible to fail a urine test if you were breathing second hand smoke from weed.
Even if you don't get stopped by the law, if your employer does random drug screens, somebody like that could mess you up.
no you won't. i used to get tested at a factory i worked in & i was told that if i had smoked or had any second hand smoke or ate poppy seeds i would fail. so i talked with the employees of the testing office (i ate a poppy seed bagel that day) about what will & will not fail you & they said you would have to be locked in a closet with some heavy smoker for it to even register.
yeah i was really worried that is why i asked them. i was 19 in college & NO job. not the best time to fail a drug test because you ate a bagel.
What you do on your time is your business. What you do on band time, including driving to and from gigs is my businss and that business includes no drugs. It also includes disobeying orders, which he probably did because he was on drugs. I would fire this guy now.

Obviously he does the same thing when he's by himself. He really doesn't deserve a driving license.

I couldn't have breathed that much in, I opened the window as soon as I realized what he was doing.
tell the cops? really? leaving him on the road? that seems a bit much.
so did you ask him to not light it up & he did it anyways? or was it already lit before you noticed & he wouldn't put it out?
You do stupid stuff and quite often you suffer. That's why I keep stupid stuff to a minimum.
