Cocoune, The point of not mixing two different ohm rating on the cabs relates to something that you said in an earlier post. Since one cab will be "driven" more than the other, when you start turning it up, you will run out of "safe volume" (before distruction) first in the lower ohm cab.
Unless you always play at low volumes, you could be putting your lower ohm cab a risk every time you play. And if you do play at low volumes, then you probably don't need two cabs anyway
With matched cabs, this is not a problem.
