It's just that in this case, I've followed this one and despite the verdict, I just had a whole lot of questions that were really never answered. I thought "well I wasn't there and don't know what actually went on.." etc. Then I heard a juror mention that she voted, "not guilty" not out of a strong belief that that was the case, but rather because the prosecution was not able to make a strong enough case to find Casey Anthony guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. That just struck me in a weird way..
So, that said, I really cant make a strong case as to why she IS actually guilty, which is why I'm not even going to bother arguing it, I just have so many doubts and questions about the details that I do believe that she is. That's all. I have no earth-shaking revelations.

I was making the comment based off of so many people insisting that she is guilty.

If they know this as many seem to state, obviously they should be gathering their evidence and like I said present it to the proper authorities ;)

I personally think she's guilty but I'm just a little peon in a sea of peons and in the grand scheme of things, my opinion really means nada.

All I'm saying is that since you seem to know that she is guilty you should be turning your evidence in :)

I guess so. My biggest problem with this case JAUQO, is that being a dad, this one really got to me....
So, in my own mind, I wanted every "i" dotted and every "t" crossed and only when THAT happened would I rest easy that the law did the right thing. But looking back, that didn't happen...it just sort of ended with so many undotted "i's" and uncrossed "t's".. this woman's whole story makes no sense to me. And just like innocent people get bad/sham/mishandled/ trials and are locked away, guilty people walk... and in this instance I think it's what happened.

This case goes to show that police work must be as rigorous as a scientific discipline, lest the necessary evidence needed to convict, or exonerate, goes missing or unfound. That's probably the main reason, in my completely uneducated opinion, why the guilty walk and the innocent are incarcerated. Justice, it seems, is truly blind!

One of the sales reps thought, just for kicks, he would dress up for Halloween as a baby seal clubber. His friend went as...I forgot, one of those all-time infamous serial killers. Well he got some seriously dirty looks, almost felt like he would be jumped on occasion. His buddy? "Haha, cool costume man!"
