Changing band name

We're a recently formed americana-esque originals group. We have had a hard time agreeing on a name for the band, but took a name temporarily to be able to book a few gigs. We are recording some studio material to release and are discussing a new name, and I'd like some feedback if you don't mind.

Here are a couple DIY demos if you want to factor the band's sound into the name fit.

I like soundmill better as a name, but the music is more upbeat than I predicted so I think Lucky Saturday actually fits better. Nice job

I like the songs a lot. They're catchy, and still fairly unique sounding so that I can't say "OH IT SOUNDS LIKE THAT BAND".

I'm not crazy about either of the names though. Neither sound right to me. Hard to explain.

Soundmill part is good, but it needs a descriptive first word in front of it. Like Mulecreek Soundmill or Black Hole Soundmill or something in that vein.

I am being critical here -

The 1st tune has overplaying, tons of melodic and accompaniment cliches, and vocals a bit too out of tune in places. A lot of listeners won't get past that. I would scrap the whole track, and recommend changing it to an unfamiliar key , even just a half step from where it is - to get you all out of the boxes you're in that is strangling a good song. Less instrumentation. A little melodic tweaking would also serve this song well.

2nd one sounds better, I just wouldn't put it on a demo for booking because its a mostly negative statement about a heartless, neurotic woman who is also being praised for it. Live, I'm sure its a good time. As a first or second impression for booking, it has a lot of potential to alienate.

I thought Soundmill the better name.
