Chevy HHR Anybody?

Laugh all you want, I'll take my "E" any day over any other vehicle I've driven, and that DOES include the HHR. As someone else pointed out, it's a bit cramped inside in the driver's position, not something you'll ever feel in the E, unless your name is Shaquille O'Neal.

;)

Not to mention, the E is built in the US, something that you can't say about the HHR or Vibe!

Have you considered getting a stubby antenna from socallhhr.com?

I checked out their website some time ago, but the stubby isn't high on my list of priorities right now.

As far as it being ugly, to each their own. I could really give a flip what anyone else thinks about it. At least I don't look like everyone else on the road.

Nissans? Got one. Didn't want another.

It's okay I like a car most everyone finds ugly.

I've been a Chevy lover since day one. Grew up loving them because my dad was a Chevy guy.

Needless to say, I would consider other than GM, if something was a good enough value, unique looking, and fun enough. Unfortunately, that really leaves nothing.

All of the "big three" US makers lost me back in the 70's/early 80's when it came out they were actually engineering their cars to fall apart in about 5 years (aka "Planned Obselence" :spit: ).

Any company that makes a "durable good" that is intentionally NOT durable doesn't really want my money, so I'm not giving it to them.

I've owned Honda cars since my first purchase (with a side trip to owning an older Volvo for a few years - but had a Civic at the same time), never had the first bit of trouble with any one of them, EVERY time I turn the key, every single one started on the first try, including the '93 that I drove until it had 225K on it before I gave it to my niece.

Once you get over the initial "shock" of the E's appearance, it's actually a very cool looking car, and exceptionally functional.
