Thanks, Markus! Still working out some of the kinks on this bass. The pickup heights aren't aligned correctly (the bridge pup's too quiet, which also means it's less growly than I expected), which may be part of the reason for string-to-string volume issues as well. (As you may recall, the bridge pup was loose on the E side when I got the bass.) The E and A strings sound great, but the D and G aren't there yet. Also, I'm having the same hum issues when touching the pickups as Denis had--looks like some grounding is needed. So I need to get it over to Carl. I have no doubt it's gonna be a killer bass when it's set up right.Thanks! Very nice man!! Yeah...those JO CS basses are killer! Is it everything you thought it would be?
