I'll bring my LDS cab. It would be neat to compare it to a "true" fEarful though.
And I'd rather not bring my audiokinesis cab unless absolutely nobody else has one

As for me, I'm planning on bringing my Skyline Hollowbody with Dark Stars, as well as some Lakland Owners Group stuff. I might bring my Walkabout head as well.

FWIW, When I spoke to Mike a couple of weeks ago, he was aware of the gtg, but did not plan on attending.
I will bring my thunderchild cab if nobody else has one to bring. I'm just really paranoid about people using my stuff, and that cab is my go-to for just about everything, including how I listen to music and movies at home.

If it makes you feel any better, I've brought pricey gear to a bunch of TB GTGs here and have not encountered anyone who wasn't careful with it--they're typically very appreciative that they're able to try it. It's looking now that my father-in-law's 82nd birthday and family get together is probably going to win out over going to Chicago. Dang.

Unlike the floor of your local GC, the get together is not your usual wankfest. Most cats are respectful, professional, and appreciative. I understand your concern. Many here do, and appreciate that you would share something so dear to you with others. In the past, many of us have shared pieces that were near and dear and walked away with an inner "feel good" because we did share. Besides, whats the point in having something of value if others cant know the beauty of it?

OK, ok,.. I'm bringing my Thunderchild cabinet and the LDS 15/6/1. Someone has expressed a possible interest in buying my LDS cab, but it will be up for sale if he doesn't want it. Truth is I don't play much bass anymore and when I do, it's jazz kinda stuff not loud rock...

I'll be bringing my Skjold Custom 5 and 55-94 Deluxe that are both in the FS forum here on TB. I may also bring my Audiokinesis Thunderchild TC115. Would like to hear it vs the fearful 15/6 and TC112. My buddy Randy will also be bringing some gear; not sure exactly what at this point.
Bummer! Well, hopefully there will be a GTG this year at the shop, Bob. Keeping my fingers crossed.
