Hey y'all, having a weekend of busy so haven't been able to respond much but a whole lotta love to you all.

Thor: you are honey bunches of awesome! Best mod ever.

I do find it interesting that whenever I post a rebuttal to the nasty they never say anything

A quick two cents to the haters of alternative lifestyles. I'm probably very boring and what is considered normal and straight (though I'm a full time musician so I have to be as weird as the rest of em I guess).

I'd like to say, as a community, the gigs I've played at alternative clubs, and various functions where there was a high number of said community, they are the among greatest supporters of the arts, and usually quite decent crowd to be around.

Here's a Chick with a Bass (in her last name)

Nicole Bass.

But... the face is that of a guy with lipstick, no?
Looks real scary I recon.
A "clever" photoshopjob?

Sheesh, I've missed a lot.

Too many great new pics to sort them all out, but since Pocketgroove's are right above me, I will comment on those. Gotta go without bass because your eyes are closed in both the bass pictures! For me, eyes are usually the first thing I notice about a woman and I find the right ones incredibly sexy!

But great pictures everyone! I love the new Deej pics (is the bird from Angry Birds?), love the new Sam pics and Buchananbass pics (very hard to choose between paddle and bass), love the hair evolution pics from Evil Undead. Sorry if I missed anyone! They've all been great!

And PassivAggressiv--you're in c-bus, too! And you're playing the VIP! And I'm so pissed because I've got a gig that night, too, at On the Rocks in Dublin! But still very cool to bump into another local on this thread. Hope to meet you in person at a gig in the future! Check out siblingrivalrylive.com and tazerband.com

Thor, thanks for keeping this show on the road. We all appreciate your efforts.

Ok, off to bed!

Oh, my God! I have seen you guys at Lucky's in Marysville! (We live in Marysville.) You guys totally rock, and those are some cute little singers you got there!
I bet you know our singer, Jessica, as she works at Lucky's.

I remember when I first started learning bass, I saw a show you guys did, and I spent most of the night staring at you playing. (Sorry if I creeped you out - I'm not a crazy chick stalker, I was just fascinated with watching you play since I was just learning.)

Yes, we are defintely gonna have to catch each others shows sometime! I'm gonna check out your website and try to find a night when we can come see you! :hyper:

Thanks lady. Nice to see you guys having some fun.

I hate to burst your bubble, but someone got a little vaca from the board before they got stupider and more irritating by posting a reply. This is like a Darwin thread, I have banned 2 so far in part 2 alone. Lol.

Check out Tbird1958 's Band site Nasty Habits. In Seattle. I have heard his shows totally rock. And his legs. OMG, so cute, shaved in those hi-heeled boots. The Lull T Bird really ices the cake. I'd love to see one of their shows, all transvestite band. :p I admire musical endeavor and talent. And I like interesting people. I have great, if eclectic, friends. Some are truly weird, and I love them for it. ;)

Yeah, one of my experiences was getting hit on by a gay/transvestite (I know plenty are straight), when I told him that wasn't my thing, he promised to set me up with a woman as pretty as the crossdressers!

Thank you Thor :)

I'll offer a minor correction to this tho, myself and our guitarist are Crossdressers, (I actually prefer Drag Queen because I don't pass) our vocalist is a Post Op transsexual,
Keyboard player is Non Op Transsexual, our drummer is just one great, understanding, accepting guy!

That's so cool! We love playing Lucky's in Marysville and I think we might be doing New Year's Eve there. And don't worry, I never get bothered when people are watching. I think we're all in the wrong line of work if we don't want people watching us, right?

I love the VIP. It's such a dive, but it's always fun. I'll try and keep an eye on your page for more gigs, but send me a PM if you remember and I'll try and make it out if I'm not playing!

Right out of college, I managed various General Nutrition Centers for a few years. So I was more into fitness and exercise and read a lot of the bodybuilding magazines. That is in fact a chick named Nicole Bass and she does identify herself as a female. Scary, right?

Pocketgroove, you are pretty either way. But, I vote "with" as I love pictures of bass playing girls in general. Your pics work either way.

The other thing is that I really like the orange and white precision. I may have to order a pickguard and make something.
Aw, thank you. I don't hear that very often!

As for the pickguard, orange spray paint is the trick. The prices charged for custom ones are too much.

Thank you Thor :)

You and your guitar player make me question my sexuality...lol...but then since you're actually guys...does that still make me straight?:D I'm so confused! :p

Thanks for the correction my butt kicking bass playing cross dressing low end brother. I'm not sure I get all the differences, but hey, I am old and stupid. And I haven't cross dressed since I won that Halloween contest in 1977. Wish I had a pic. And I am sure the fashions have changed.

I'd love to see the band if I ever get up there, the group's rep is awesome.

Hey, post the great pic of you that you posted on the Pshop thread?

Give the ladies a thrill, my man, and show them a little something about showbiz. You guys do it well. :bassist:
