Oh my gosh guys, leave the picture of the moshing girl alone. Just because most of you have never been to a hardcore show doesn't mean that there aren't people who have fun moshing and dancing.
Besides, at this point there are about 35 replies to that picture, each with a re-post of the picture. I'm pretty sure that any witty remarks that can be made have been made.

Nah, I'm gonna teach her to play the drums. Since my band can't seem to hang onto a good drummer, I figured I'd just grow my own.

No disrespect on you dude, but I was going to "hardcore" shows before you were born. And still go, btw.
That is certainly not the reason for the posts on moshgirl. The pic is priceless...the guys' faces behind her are hilarious. That's what the comments are about, not the actual moshing. I've got my share of mosh stories, but that's a different thread...

I like to think of myself as a pretty progressive dude who respects woman and all that ,but i gotta tell ya the vulgar display of sexist machismo displayed thus far on this thread is F'N great! Where is my luck?? A few years back(ok, many years back) I was playing at an outdoor tiki bar in Florida. Directly in front of me was the cutest little brunette in the smallest red sundress I have ever seen. She was dancing with the typical Frat guy and was drinking a good deal. Every so often she would reach over and pants him. So I hear something strange in the monitors and turn to check it out. As I turn around I realize that the entire band has stopped playing , except for me. While I was being the responsible band member, The Frat guy had reached over and yanked the girls dress over her head in retaliation. This probably wouldn't have been such a big deal, accept she apparently did not believe in undergarments. And I missed it all. Arggg!!!
