Ha! That happened to an old Yamaha of mine back in the day. I should have never sold that bass. If anyone sees a black mid '80s BB300 for sale with a big Marlboro burn by the D string tuning peg gimme a call....
Pass over the thread if you dont like it, ive seen threads on just about everything under the sun, i received a relic bass with it a cig burn, just trying to compare

I have a cig burn by my nipple form my dad dropping a cherry on me when i was a baby, am i a relic?

How does that happen? Honestly, I don't understand how you would get a burn from a cigarette on the headstock of a bass. My headstock is never even near my face... :/
assuming youre being for real on this when youre smoking and dont want the smoke in your face you leave it smoldering using the string and the headstock as a nifty holder...assuming you are joking :

I've got a little one on my P-bass, but it's too small to photograph.
It was actually kind of a good thing... It happened about a week after I got it, and I had the new bass jitters where I was almost scared to touch it and mess it up, so it happened right off the back and kinda broke the ice.

I know. You whippersnappers and your energy soda pops and your hippity hop music. WhenI was thirteen I smoked MArb reds and drank JD and Budweiser (I wish I was kidding) Momma always said I'd end up working somewhere that required me to have my name on my shirt and she was right. What do you kids have to look forward too?
