I'm glad you're home safe Mitch, great seeing you again!

Well, coming from one of the best pair of ears I know... The comparison we did on Monday really helped me tune in to the differences... Even Miko commented that after you said it, we were really able to focus and hear what you are talking about.

In regards to my LM, it is 9.5 lbs and I don't think it's missing anything compared to the heavier ones at NAMM and the shop.

Ya got home ok, and was a pleasure to hang with you and everyone again! I'm still laughing over Mon night dinner(...pics of "the stack" to come ;))

Your bass sounds looks and sounds great - congrats again.

Mitch

Looking forward to that. :)

Hey, how's that rootbeer LM treating you. They were all great, but that one spoke to me most, which means I have first dibs if you decide to flip it someday. :D

What about that LG? Another of my booth faves. :)

I hope you don't mind me making the announcement for you Mitch, but the club must know....

Along with his new Rootbeer LM5 and Sunburst LG5, Mitch also ended up taking home the Tom Barney RA5 that was over at Aguilar... The biggest private buyer NAMM haul I've ever witnessed.

My hero!

And oh ya Vic, I'm afraid "the stack" isn't what you might think it is.

Hey Vic, the rootbeer is still in Cal waiting for something else and then hopefully will be shipped up here soon. The LG will be here probebly in a month. I'm really looking forward to comparing them to my current ones ...and then there will be some opportunity for people to pick up some killer Coppolos :D.

Dibs eh? I cant believe it , but you beat out Jonno on this one. Thats an accomplishment!

I want dibs after Vic. I really loved that rootbeer one!

HA..he has no idea!

No Heroism at all for owning basses!...just a passionate obsession :) I'm more concerned with trying to improve my playing/musicianship which is alot harder...but its a fun passion at the same time. I'm selling off as I aquire also to make things moderately sane ....hence the upcoming small batch of Coppolos that will go for sale in a bit.

Jimmy keeps on improving things IMO, as does George (and a few others)...makes it real hard when you arrive on set- up day and early mornings with so many unsold basses on stands, an amp, and you lol.

Yohann, YOU are my Hero for the great job you did all NAMM at the Coppolo booth and also helping George out after. I hope people here can get the opportunity to come to NAMM and hang out with the crew..its a real pleasure.

Actually, I was not making any assumptions at all... even necessarily relating to bass gear, so even though you're right, I don't know specifically what you're referring to, maybe I'm not as far off as you think. :)

+1 Yohann is awesome. No doubt. Always cool and friendly... even practically insisted I check out what (I already knew) was to become his amazing 1 piece bodied LM. Definitely a "win" among AC's as well. :)

Man, I played that bass... and you gotta' give Jimmy credit for his elex, but damn, that bass with the Aggie guts still sounded (and of course played) amazing... not to mention a really cool color... whatever it's called.

Awww geez... Thanks guys. I appreciate the kind words. :)
NAMM is such a high for me I already can't wait for next year.

Sorry dude .. I already called dibs on that 2009 LM the day that Mitch bought it. ;-)
Tell him Mitch !!!
IMO, it's still the BEST LM that Jimmy has made yet ... and i've played or heard almost all of them.
AAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
