And... our TB and Alleva (I mean Coppolo) buddy Vic did a very nice review of a top of the line LG in the new Bass Gear Magazine issue. It's well worth checking out, and the on-line version is free (although the $30 is well worth the price for the beautiful hard copy).

This is the one I ordered, but returned it in favor of a 4 string. I almost got the same color as this but decided to go with rootbeer instead.

How in the world did you manage to return an A-C? Mine keep sticking to my hands! VBG!

I'm very happy Jimmy has got some real press reviews. A year and a half ago I loaned 2 Coppolo's (Your welcome) to a guy who does reviews in Portland Or.Nothing came from it, I felt a little bad.

I spoke to Jimmy, I'm going to have the fingerboard and headstock with the vintage tint with the back of the neck will be satin. Of course the body is going to be poly, I am searching around for the right color body and pickguard.

MMMmmmm, yeah, LPB is awesome with maple/pearl blox and white binding.

Fingerboard tint matching the headstock is the bomb...I was a touch nervous but when she arrived I was floored and wouldn't even consider it another way...
Now for the satin neck back....NA.....I love the gloss as it gives me the exact feel like my 77....guess that's just me...

Yeah, the vintage tint is MOSDEF the way to go on these IMHO. It looks dead solid perfect on my LG. I love it!

That's great just the kind of thing I've been looking for.

I'm excluding Olympic white and a 3 tone burst since I have those in my other A-Cs, sonic blue ain't to shabby either.

+1 The tint on my Sadowsky neck looks like a tint. Jimmy's tint just looks OLD and natural. Really nice!

+1, if you want to stay period correct with the LPB it should be black blocks and binding. Otherwise, those are the colors for the pearl and maple.
