Jimmy told me that bass was made for Willy Weeks (Y'all) It 's a pbass body. If I heard him right there might be a Jeff Andrews model specked like that.

I don't know any other details.

Musicman necks are oil finished, they don't seem to be susceptible to moisture or humidity changes than any other bass.

not in my experience. ernie ball also states as much on their website that their necks are more prone to climate changes because of the finish.
