I'm having Cliff send me the Mono. Are you very happy with it?
I didn't get mine from Cliff since I had a friend in town selling this one, but it's very impressive and much better than the standard (non-Mono) gig bag that came with the CB.

Mike Z., now that you have had your new Bordwell for a little while, what do you think about having the zero fret?
I have an older (not even in the gallery) Bordwell SC with a zero fret and I love it!!!!
I'd owned MTDs and Elricks with zero frets, so I was already pretty sold on it...
Any pics of your bass Eduardo?I have an older (not even in the gallery) Bordwell SC with a zero fret and I love it!!!!
Not officially a member of the club, but will be in 5 months! Cliff's building me a 6-string. Maple body, Nordstrand pre and dual coils w/3 way switch and passive, 16.5 spacing, marblewood top, and a cool shape. It's a hybrid of the Big McNeely upper horn, the Ball lower horn, and the modified Ball rounded butt. Gonna be a long 5 months. It took Cliff a while to find the top wood, it's not so easy to find. When he starts, I'll post some pics. Here's the top:

I just added this second hand to my tulip bass.
it is a sweet bass. came with flats and SE pups so maybe too old school for my tastes. though it sounded really full at my gig saturday but maybe needed a little more definition. will have to experiment with strings or pups but love the way it plays. View attachment 1103860
