I gotta say.... having a custom build rather than heading down to the local G.C., browsing ebay or the online stores adds a very different dimension to the buying and owning process. Knowing that there is only one unique instrument out there made to your own specs. gives a sense of,(I guess) pride not found in a rack bought bass. Kudos Tom!!!!

Yes with the Anne shape i can sit taller and to me it feels like a more natural position.Would some of you who play Clement Anne basses care to comment on their ergonomics? Particularly, does the wider part of the bass that rests on your leg (giving a greater distance between your leg and the strings) help you to be able to play comfortably seated, without using a foot stool or crossing your legs? And do you like what the wider chambered body does for your plucking hand position?
