I don't need help wanting an AE212....
I rarely get any video clips of my band posted, but someone shot a decent video of us playing a show Saturday night:

As usual, the WL sounded great! I'd brought my Berg AE212 because it had looked like it might rain and it fits nicely under a trash bag if needed. But the rain held off; the sound guy was using a 421 (nice piece of gear -- might be tops on my GAS list). The city had blocked off a street downtown (we were playing a benefit show for a local AIDS organization during PRIDE week), and during the a capella parts you could hear the crowd singing reverberating in the street which was really cool.

B.
The sound guy was using one of these to mic my cab:
Sennheiser USA - Studio Microphone MD 421-II - Broadcasting Microphone - Professional Audio
Want.
It's funny how the same song can go over great at a PRIDE event or a biker Run. We had drag queens singing the same songs along with us -- I guess Zeppelin is universal, LOL.

Hey guys,
Does anybody in Europe where I can order a Portabag?
Thanks.
I got both mine at the Sadowsky online store.

I can't remember how long exactly but, they've had the 24 fret vintage style Metros out for awhile now.

Want. But at $380 street it's a bit pricey for something I'd likely use only a couple times per year.

Yes, but only seen the 5 string vintage-24 before.![]()
I heard that a metro 24/4 was in the works but didn't think it would be out until later this year or early 2012.
