Just curious, what kind of straplocks come standard on the NYC models, Dunlops?
Hey, on this Thanksgiving Day, I want to thank the Japanese Metro crew for all of their excellent work. Domo arigatou gozaimashita!
MAJOR METAL said:So who wants to be as cool as MAJOR METAL with a green Sadowsky?
It's been awhile since I posted, and I thought I would share this little story from my gig on wed. night (Thanksgiving Eve).
I have an very light metro Will Lee (seen here) [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
that is my regular "go to" for all my gigs. While wrapping it up at the end of the night, my guitar player was helping me load out.(A rarity, I can assure you.)
He hustles over to me carrying my Sadowsky case and says "Dude where's your bass?" and he holds out the case...now I know I put the bass in the case minutes before this. (Still, there was a moment of panic) I picked up the case, and just had to laugh...of course it was still there...he just never expected a bass to be as light as that..I had to unzip the case and show him it was indeed there.
Has this happened to anyone before? I know there has been a few times where I've grabbed my case for practice or a gig, where I have to stop and partially unzip it to make sure the bass is still inside.God I love my Sadowsky's
