Club Sadowsky!!!

I've been thinking of trying a new amp lately. I've been playing the Puma 500 for a while and before that the ToneHammer. I was curious as to what amps other Sadowsky guys are playing through. Feel free to post a pic!

Eden, ampeg, gk, aguilar, mesa.

Lately have been doing eden nav, wt1250, fearless f115. Lots of miles on mesa titan + gs412. Just got a db751 and its impressing me with the 412, no gigs yet though. Got great sounds out of a gs410 with alembic f1-x.

Sadowskys "go" with pretty much anything IME.

Yup.

My very favorite tone machine is the Reiner Amplification all-tube preamp with four-band inductive EQ. It's super-flat, and can go from super-clean to fuzzy. I usually pair it with another preamp (in this case a SansAmp VT Bass Rackmount) so I can kick in some modern overdrive for modern rock/metal.

Other preamps I own and like:
SansAmp RBI
SansAmp RPM
SWR Interstellar Overdrive
Ampeg (USA) SVP-Pro

Cabinets:
Bergantino HS210 (x2)
Bergantino CN112 (x2)
Bergantino NV610

My favorite cab is the Berg NV610! :bassist:

The NV610 is perfect for my loud rock band, but overkill for many of my other gigs. On the other end of the scale, here's what I bring when gigging the upstairs bar at the local restaurant: Aguilar TH500 and single Berg CN112. It's plenty for that room!

GB ShuttleMax 12.2 into various cabs:

Version 1.0 for rehearsals and small gigs: Aguilar SL112

Version 1.5: 2 x Aguilar SL112 for the bigger shows with PA support (sometimes with a venue-owned SWR Goliath 4x10 on the bottom):

Sold those cabs, version 2.0 should be here by end of next week: LDS 15/6/1 + 15 Sub

Overall I love the shuttle max; the amp has very little color to the tone so the character of my basses come through more. There's a warmth to the sadowsky's bass boost that I find is all I need in most instances.

In contrast, I also did a few shows on this rig but it wasn't very defined in the mids and highs, too much ampeg and not enough Sadowsky to the tone:
