Happy to finally be a member of this club. My first Sadowsky arrived yesterday, MV5 in blue metallic. Only had a couple of hours on her last night but so far I'm VERY impressed! I have two 4-hour gigs this weekend so looking forward to getting to know her better.

Wanted to give a shout out to Donovan at Fretspot (who I got the bass thru), he had Mr. Sadowsky himself dial in the final setup (plays like butter!) and even snap a pic for me before shipping the bass out to me.

Has anyone ordered a replacement Metro pickguard? I know on the Sadowsky site they ask you to send in your old PG so they could match up a new one but is that really necessary? I want to switch to black from tort (blasphemy, I know) on my RV5 and was curious if I should just order one or go through the process of sending in my old one.
