I know there are no options on the new Metro Express and the popular stock colors are the ones to choose from but are there additional pick guard colors you can order in addition to the stock choice it comes with? Thanks

I guess you're talking about the Seafoam Satin. I was the one who purchased that bass (about a month ago) It actually weighs 7.75lbs. I was debating on purchasing it for 3 days because I have a new WL build in the process then decided to pull the trigger. These Satins are awesome that Sonic blue one on the site looks pretty cool also!

Although I’ve never had a Sad, Roger did a completely redo on my old Fender P bass like 25 years ago. Bass still plays great and the fretwork has still held up after all these years and it’s still one of my main basses I gig with.
But I always said, one day...

Do it... I put off buying a sadowsky for years and years because I thought it might not be worth the money. It's the best bass I've ever owned and I'm looking at getting my second.

I'm very optimistic about the Express series. They are priced to compete with US fenders and have the same Sadowsky electronics and Hardware of US and Metro models, plus they will weigh under 9 lbs.

When these things hit the streets it's going to change everything. I know I'm getting one.

Agree! I just picked up my 1st Sadowsky a little over a week ago and I am amazed by the thing. Not just in the quality of craftsmanship, but in the tone as well. It is the sound I have been chasing in my head but could not achieve ... until now. I will definitely be picking up an express.. or maybe a satin =). I have a Fender Precision Elite that is pretty dang nice but I may have to let it go to get another Sadowsky.

No there was another one .it was nyc gloss .7.01 lbs .maple board..it was also listed on reverb.i should know by now ..... You snooze you lose.. yours looks great by the way , that color rocks.
