That wouldn't be any different than normal gigging temperature changes. Hundreds of times I have thrown my bass in a case at 70° put it in a vehicle that is 70°, drive to show, set up rig and set my basses on a stage that is close to 100°. Other times i have had my bass outside when it is 100°, put it in the back of a truck, drove home, took the bass in and after 5 or so minutes i got the bass out of the case and hung it in my studio at 70°. I would think that 30 minutes would be more than enough time to set in the case once it's unboxed. You are going to be dying to open the case so why torture yourself. It's a SADOWSKY and it's built SADOWSKY tough.

Yes, this is true.

The rest of your comment made sense too. I've dealt with temp changes with my Metro - I'm probably over-thinking the whole thing...

Well well.... new bass showed up but,

I didn't receive the Portabag I paid for, just the regular hard/soft case. And.....

I had a buddy over at the time to try out my Mesa Subway stuff. His Warwick ended up sending my head into some protection of some sort. No more workie for Gusto! He had his bass cranked and didn't notice :banghead: :mad:. I now have no head to play my new bass through. :bored:

Waiting to hear from Andy from Mesa about my head...

Pics coming, just need to simmer down a little, lol... :facepalm: ;)

I wish my head just didn't crap out so I could play it!! Anyway.. crappy pic time. Top pic is closest to the real color. Just bad lighting all the way around. Lol

You know, i didnt get the portabag either. I was a little bummed about that. Is that en error or just how they ship now?
