Still loving my 3 Sadowskys, and sometimes it’s fun the change things up. Just discovered the replacement Metro pickguards directly from the shop, so my WL got a new tort guard. Dark LPB is an amazing color, BTW.

P Pickup (Reverse or standard):
G String = 6/64"
A String = 8/64"
B String = 7/64"


Holding the strings down against the last fret of course.

Since we are combining P pickups with J's, SuperJ's and Soaps, it is difficult to define the P height independent of the output of the bridge pickup. That is why I am now recommending people set the height of the bridge pickup and adjust the P to taste.

Mine tastes crisp, spicy, balanced and just a hint of ghost pepper kick in the low mids.

I won’t even look at it wrong to alter the settings.

Does anyone know if you can just stop into the shop or if you need an appointment? I need to have a relatively minor repair done on my bass and wasn't sure what the procedure was. I sometimes end up in that area at the last minute. If I knew I was going to be there one day, I could just grab my bass in the morning before leaving.

You can always drop off your bass for a fix, but we can't always do it while you wait. Give us a call ahead of time to see what the shop schedule is.

The headstock seems half as long as the fingerboard! That's an exaggeration, but it barely fits in some of my bass cases, so yeah, it's the longest bass I own, bow to stern. Gotta stretch to reach that G string tuner!
