I've owned many Sadowsky basses and have yet to find one I really like. I'm wanting to give it another shot mostly because I really like Roger and the company. So, I'm looking for something used in an NYC 5 string, something recent, alder body, a satin J 21 fret would be great. If any of you are looking to sell or know where any are please PM me. Thanks!
In all reality, I think it will be a run of 40 paisley finished instruments!

I have a set on my Verdine Deluxe 4 and LOVE THEM. Seemed like a natural fit with the P pickup, and they're still bright sounding when I want them to be.Seconded. Two thumbs up!
In other Sadowsky related news I picked up these up from the classifieds and slapped them on the Verdine 5...

I have to agree. These flats seem like they fit this bass like a glove. I'm actually glad I ended up with the lighter gauge as well - very similar in tension to my favored D'adarrio XL's. All of the strings seem very balanced, however the B string was a little fussy to intonate properly. I've never had flats before I'm not sure if its a stretching issue, but its holding fine now. Anyone else encounter that?

2017 Metro. Possibly the nicest bass I've ever laid hands on! I haven't even put the single coils in it yet and I love it already. Three gigs this weekend.

That's the exact spec (shoot, may be the same bass) I ordered direct in 2016 but spotted a hot NYC I couldn't pass up in October of the same year during the wait. I specified singles as well. Enjoy!
